When is the Dubai Convention 2026?

The convention will be held from April 23rd to April 27th, 2026, at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.

What does the ticket package include?

The Full Experience ticket package includes:

4 nights of accommodation (double occupancy, shared room) at a luxury hotel.
Access to the Meet & Greet, 2-Day Conference, Gala Dinner.
Daily breakfast and all hotel taxes/fees.
Special perks: Welcome gift, hotel amenities, and event-specific surprises.
Note: Flights are not included.

The Guest Experience ticket package includes:

Are there any special offers for early registration?

Yes! The first 100 ticket holders will receive a complimentary excursion (choice of Dune Buggy or Arabian Night in the Desert), and the first 50 who paid in full will enjoy an exclusive VVIP welcome package.The Early Bird end date is December 31, 2024.GET YOUR TICKETS →

How will rooming arrangements and gala meals be confirmed?

Three months prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive a form to confirm their rooming arrangements (who they are sharing the room with) and their meal preferences for the Gala Dinner. Be sure to complete this form promptly to secure your accommodations and meal choices.

What are the payment options?

A pay-in-6 payment plan is available to help you secure your spot at the event for early bird and regular-price ticket holders. This plan allows you to spread your payments over six months.

Payment Breakdown:

First Payment: A $500 initial payment is required at the time of purchase.
Subsequent Payments: The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments, charged for the next 5 months. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid any disruption to your payment schedule.

Will meals be provided at the event?

Selected meals are provided. Lunch is included during the 2-day conference, and a gala dinner will be provided on the last evening. Daily breakfast is included with your accommodation.

Are flights included in the package?

No, flights are not included in the event package. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Dubai.

Can I bring my children?

This is primarily a business conference, and we do not encourage bringing children. However, we understand that special circumstances may apply. If you need to make arrangements for children, please contact our office directly to discuss availability.

Please refer to the policies below for details on their stay and meal arrangements.

One complimentary stay is offered for children under 18 at the time of the event per paid adult when using existing bedding in the room.
Children under 5: Enjoy complimentary buffet meals throughout their stay.
Children aged 6 to 18: A charge of $300 (4 nights accommodation) per child will apply for daily buffet breakfast.
Children aged 6 to 12: Enjoy a 50% discount on all other buffet meals at the hotel.
Children are not eligible for Full Experience and Guest Experience perks.

Can we have a third adult in the room?

No, the room is limited to double occupancy only.

What are the hotel amenities?

Guests will stay at a luxury hotel that offers a wide range of amenities, including a pool, gym, and spa, along with event-specific surprises to enhance your experience.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Yes, the Gala Dinner will have a formal dress code, while the Meet & Greet and conference days will be business casual.

How do I get to the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah?

The Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is conveniently located in one of Dubai’s most popular areas. Here are some transportation options:

By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and can take you directly to the hotel. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs around AED 100-130 ($27-35 USD).
By Metro: You can take the Dubai Metro from the airport to the DAMAC Properties station. From there, you will need to take a short taxi ride to the hotel. The total journey time is about 45-60 minutes.
By Private Transfer: You can pre-book a private airport transfer service directly through the hotel or a third-party provider for a more seamless experience. Prices may vary. Selection to be confirmed.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can extend your stay at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah for up to 3 days before and after the convention. The rooms will be available at a discounted rate of $300 per person, per night. Please contact our office for assistance with booking extended stays.
