• Rate inclusive of currently applicable taxes and fees (13% HST, 6.78% MAT, and 3% Common Facility Fee). Rates are based on the taxes and fees in effect at the time of booking. Any future increases or newly imposed taxes or fees are not included and will be the responsibility of the guest.
